WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1972, New Life For Girls is a non-profit, non-denominational residential Christian discipleship program. We are fully committed to meeting the emotional, physical, spiritual and academic needs of women, ages 18 and up. Over the last several years we have seen a dramatic increase in how substance abuse impacts other life-controlling issues such as depression, homelessness, eating and cutting disorders, and sexual abuse. New Life For Girls exists for women who feel lost and abandoned. It is our heart's desire to lead them to a life of victory.
We are under the Executive Directorship of Rev. Jose Pacheco, a dedicated teamof staff members and a Board of Directors with backgrounds in business and ministry.

WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE
THE HARD TRUTH
By age 18, almost 12% of all young people are illicit drug users.
Approximately 27 million Americans either use illicit drugs regularly or are "heavy drinkers". Of these, almost 16 million are estimated to need immediate treatment.
It is generally accepted that chemical dependency, along with associated mental health disorders, has become one of the most severe health and social problems facing the United States.*

At New Life For Girls we have lerned that addiction is not limited to drug and alcohol abuse. It can encompass a wide range of issues, affecting not only the individual, but the entire family unit. Addiction impacts the lives of nearly all of us today. New Life For Girls utilizes Biblical principles to teach the women we serve how to face the issues that are destroying their lives. At New Life For Girls individuals are free to talk about their pain without feeling as if they are being judged. They are provided an atmosphere in which others won't deny their hurt but will listen, counsel, and advise them on how to handle it. Through prayer, the truth of God's word, a safe, secure environment, and simple Christian love, lives are completly transformed.
